Today I'm sharing with you the movies that made me walk out of a theater, and it will shock you.

Recently, Stephen King took to Twitter and revealed that the only movie he's walked out of (as an adult) is Transformers.

@StephenKing

He then wondered what movies other people have walked out of? So, we posed the question to our BuzzFeed Community, and their responses were kinda surprising:

Note: This article contains mentions of sexual assault.

1. Crash (1996)

"This is a movie about people who fetishize CAR CRASHES. Yup, they are turned on by looking at injured, suffering, bleeding people trapped in smashed-up cars, lying on the street, etc. So, yeah...the movie involves these sick puppies searching for crashes and literally having sex with each other while watching/driving through or even causing car crashes, and then there's a scene with injured people in back braces, and I left the theater then because nope."

2. Fantastic Four (2015)

"The movie spent way too long character-building, and it made the characters uninteresting. Then the big showdown with Dr. Doom felt rushed and forced. I couldn't make it to the end."

3. Red Sparrow (2018)

"I thought it was gonna be a cool story about a girl becoming a spy, and instead, people are being very graphically sexually assaulted."

4. Magnolia (1999)

"My friend and I were just confused and unsettled by the whole thing. I keep thinking I should give it another shot, but part of me thinks it’s better left alone."

5. Epic Movie (2007)

"We saw it in high school just because we were bored, and even though we had spent our own money on it, we walked out. I cannot explain how bad that movie is or how it ever got made. It makes Twilight look like high art."

6. Hunger (2008)

"I tried watching it at home, but it took me three tries. There was so much literal shit everywhere...on themselves, on the wall of their cells...my gag reflex just couldn't take it."

7. What Women Want (2000)

"It's the only movie I have ever walked out of the cinema part way through. It started off quite funny and then turned into this snooze fest romantic pile of blurgh. Looked at my fella, and he looked just as bored, so we left."

8. La La Land (2016)

"My friend and I walked out of it. I know it got a bunch of praise, but oh my god was it boooooring. We tried for what felt like a long time, and when we looked at each other, we both were like, 'Do you wanna leave, too?'"

9. Borat (2006)

"My husband will pretty much watch anything, from terrible '80s action movies to Oscar-winning documentaries to cheesy rom-coms. He’s chill and easy to please. The only movie he ever walked out on? Borat. He still can’t place exactly why, but he loathes Borat to this day. Likes other Sacha Baron Cohen stuff, too!"

10. 12 Years a Slave (2013)

"Halfway through the movie, I mentally and emotionally couldn’t handle it anymore. I never finished the movie, and I never will. Period!"

11. Troy (2004)

"It wasn't because it is exceptionally bad (it's not great either), but I was in college when I saw it. I studied history and was, at the time, in a class that studied the Iliad. I was so mad! So mad!!! It made no sense and changed so much, that I literally screamed at the movie theater that it was bull****. This movie made me later appreciate Oliver Stone's Alexander for being semi-historically accurate (helped me put faces on Alexander's Diadochi — generals, and memorize them easier)."

12. The Call of the Wild (2020)

"The book is incredible; one of my favorites. The movie strikes me as having been written by someone who SparkNoted the SparkNotes page for the book and has never seen so much as a photo of Alaska. The storyline was a far cry from the original, and don’t even get me started on the scene where for some incomprehensible reason someone put a wild boar in the Alaskan wilderness. The whole movie just seemed like a really lazy adaptation of the book. It’s been a year or two, and I’m still salty."

13. Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters (2007)

"I hate to say this because I loved the show: I couldn't finish the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie. It was so bad, but my friends didn't want to leave. So I just took a nap. When I woke up, I had NO IDEA how the plot got to where it was."

16. The Master of Disguise (2002)

19. Into the Woods (2014)

"God, that was boring. Every song sounded the same! Great cast, but that can't save a boring script."

"It was just actually insulting how little they tried."

21. Les Misérables (2012)

"A friend wanted to see it for their birthday, but fairly early on, we all kind of were looking at one another like 'Wtf?' and 'Should we go? This is bad right?' Anne Hathaway crushed that one song, but otherwise, that movie was hot garbage."

22. District 9 (2009)

"The found-footage concept is cool, but on such a large screen, it made me and my mom both feel nauseous. If I recall correctly, we only stayed about 20 minutes."

23. Balls of Fury (2007)

26. Father Stu (2022)

"Such a bore. It started out really slow and was hard to follow, but I gave it the benefit and thought that it would get better as it went on, but it never did. Only movie I’ve ever walked out on."

27. Cats (2019)

"Some friends and I realized the cursed Cats movie was playing at the same theater as a movie we wanted to see, so after ours was finished, we popped into the Cats room out of morbid curiosity. We caught about two and a half musical numbers, and they were oddly hilarious but terrifying. The movie was nearly over, but we didn’t stick around to see what happened with those creepy-ass creatures."

28. Thumbelina (1994)

"I went to see it with my sister and a friend, but we kept leaving the theater to play the video games upstairs. We eventually left the theater altogether and went home. If an animated movie can’t keep kids’ attention, that is not good."

29. 10,000 BC (2008)

"A $105 million budget, and I couldn’t get more than 30 minutes into the movie. It was so slow, the acting and directing were subpar, and the art was not nearly as immersive as necessary for this sort of epic. I love Steven Strait and Roland Emmerich, but it just didn’t work."

30. The Master (2012)

31. Hellboy (2019)

33. And Bug (2006), which someone WISH they'd walked out of.

It is like a "miniature Da Lat in Phu Yen" full of charming and enchanting flavors.  Phu Yen not only has yellow flowers, green grass, or romantic beaches, this wonderful country also has wonderful destinations with typical landscapes of the highlands and mountains, one of which is the tourist area. In a recent experiment, AI technology aged 26 celebrities to see how accurate it would be at predicting whether they'd live past their current age. The results were surprisingly fascinating, and so off the charts cool.

Alaina Pinto

7 News Boston anchor Alaina Pinto fired over ‘Hubie Halloween’ cameo Netflix via Decider A cameo in the latest Adam Sandler flick has cost a local news anchor her job. Alaina Pinto  revealed via Twitter yesterday (October 15) that  she was fired  from  WHDH Channel 7 News Boston  for briefly appearing in Sandler’s new Netflix movie,  Hubie Halloween . In the film, which is set in Salem and was filmed locally around Salem, Marblehead, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and elsewhere in the region, Pinto plays a newscaster for the fictional Channel 4 Morning News and its  Wake Up Boston  news program. She appears dressed as Harley Quinn. Pinto joined 7 News in December 2016 as traffic reporter, and has since worked the news desk and regularly appeared on the station’s morning broadcast. But she says she “mistakenly violated” the terms of her contract by appearing in the film. 7 News has not made a public statement regarding her termination. “Earlier this week I was let go from 7 News,” Pinto tweeted
