DK Metcalf Makes "Most Remarkable" Play In Seahawks Loss At Arizona Without touching the ball, DK Metcalf had a play that had everyone raving after Sunday night’s loss in Arizona.  Through five games, Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf was one of the NFL's most productive pass catchers with 496 yards and five touchdowns. He had a relatively quiet game, numbers wise, in Sunday night's 37-34 overtime loss to Arizona.  But despite catching only two passes for 23 yards, Metcalf made one of the best plays of this season, one that had teammates and opponents raving after the game, and that had football fans going crazy on social media.  With the Seahawks driving for what they hoped would be another touchdown, Russell Wilson lofted a pass towards Chris Carson, not seeing that Cardinals safety Budda Baker was breaking on the ball.  Baker picked off Wilson's pass and took off sprinting down the left sideline for what looked like it was going to be a 98-yard touchdown, but Metcal

Game recap: Dallas Cowboys lose to Washington after QB Andy Dalton knocked out of game with concussion from illegal hit This story has been thoroughly updated. Washington won against Dallas 25-3 Sunday, bringing both teams to 2-5 on the season, tying them for second place in the NFC East standings. Philadelphia leads 2-4-1.  Andy Dalton started at quarterback after replacing  injured starter Dak Prescott  hoping to turn things around.  But Dalton walked off the field late into the third quarter after taking a vicious hit from Washington linebacker Jon Bostic. He has a concussion and will be out for the rest of the game. The hit occurred on a third-down play with 6:32 left in the third quarter. Dalton scrambled up the middle on 3rd-and-10 and as he slid to the ground, Bostic lowered his helmet and hit Dalton’s helmet squarely.  Dalton appeared to be knocked unconscious momentarily. Bostic was assessed with a personal foul and ejected from the game. Credit: AP Dallas Cowboys quarterback

Arizona Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury's beautiful mind TEMPE, Ariz. -- While other kids his age spent their summer in New Braunfels, Texas, going to the river or playing with their friends,  Arizona Cardinals  coach Kliff Kingsbury, then 9 years old, spent his on the football field at two-a-days. Tim Kingsbury, Kliff's father, was defensive coordinator at New Braunfels High School, where he'd later become head coach and Kliff would go on to star as quarterback. A young Kliff and longtime friend David Simmonds, whose father was the New Braunfels offensive coordinator, were staples at practice. The two were ball boys and never missed a day, Simmonds said. If they weren't at practice, they were inside watching film. And when they weren't watching film, they were drawing plays up on a whiteboard. "Who does that as a 9-year-old?" Simmonds asked. "That's ridiculous." It's not that different from what Kingsbury does now as coach of the Cardina
