Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes lobbies for Toronto Raptors to play in Kansas City next season Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes thinks it’s time for an NBA team to come to Kansas City, and next season there’s possibly a way to make that happen. The Toronto Raptors are the only NBA team that doesn’t make its home in the United States. With travel from the U.S. to Canada coming to a grinding halt because of COVID-19, the Raptors are scrambling to find an alternative home for the upcoming season. A report surfaced that  one of the places being considered is Louisville, Kentucky , at the KFC Yum! Center. The reigning Super Bowl MVP has a different idea in mind, though. He wants the Raptors to play the 2020-21 season in Kansas City. Carr had touchdown passes of 59 yards to Nelson Agholor, 5 yards to Darren Waller and 72 yards to rookie Henry Ruggs III, with Josh Jacobs (23 carries, 77 yards) adding touchdown runs of seven and two yards.
