Hockey world reacts to Joe Thornton signing with Toronto Maple Leafs


Tim and Sid react to Joe Thornton signing with the Toronto Maple Leafs on a one year deal.

Welcome to The Six, Joe.

In his NHL career, the London, Ont. native is a six-time All-Star, recorded 420 goals and 1,636 points, and he was the recipient of the Art Ross and Hart Trophy in 2006. Thornton is currently in Switzerland playing for HC Davos, but is expected to return in time for the NHL’s training camp.

Not only is Thornton a big veteran addition to the Maple Leafs, but the signing caused a “Jumbo” reaction on social media.

‘Dexter’: Showtime Revives Serial Killer Drama As Limited Series, Michael C. Hall & Clyde Phillips Return Showtime Dexter  is back to his blood-splattering ways after  Showtime  ordered a new limited-series revival of the long-running serial-killer drama. Michael C. Hall , who starred as the title character in the 2006-13 series, is back along with showrunner  Clyde Phillips .
